Default Soft top installed

Just had my top installed by Master Auto Body & Upholstery. I'm definitely impressed with the outcome as it only took them 7 hours to install it. I dropped it off this morning and got it back this evening.

Labor cost was $450.

450 was labor but how much is the cloth or did you already have the cloth?

I bought the top from TopsOnline.com for $605.26 with 2 day shipping included in that price. It's the vinyl top.

Another question. Did they replace the lil straps that pull the bar back? Because I think those are to blame for the rip around the latches. And my latches are destroyed because of them ramming into the bar. Got the top patched with old duct tape and worried to put it down because its just going to make an even bigger hole!

If you order tops from TopsOnline.com, the top will come with the straps and rivets required for installation. If your strikers are also a problem, I suggest getting hardtop strikers after letting your top settle for 2 weeks.

I got mine redone few days ago. Paid 580 stay fast cloth glass conversion and 400 for labor came out good too. One thing i didn't like its that when i drive with windows down the cloth start flapping and making some noise.

Not sure that it's supposed to be flapping. I was checking that today actually. At 70 mph with the windows down, my top wasn't flapping at all.
