Some Advice
Hey guys, wanted to get some advice from local S2000 owners. Even though I try convincing myself I have already invested too much into my car, I can't get the S out of my head! I will hopefully purchase a AP2 within the next year or so, hopefully with under 10,000 miles.
Anyway, what do you guys think would be the best way to go about selling my car? As my sig lists, it has Injen CAI, Greddy EVO 2 exhaust, DC RH, Hondata KPRO and a few other interior/exterior additions. I really would like to avoid dealerships because first off we all know they will rip you off with trade ins and second, I would love to be able to sell this thing without returning it to stock.
It seems like the best way to get an S2K with low miles and a good price is to buy from the forums here, but how does that usually work if you have yet to sell your car?
Haha, thanks from a confused BUT future S2K owner

I would definitely recommend watching the for sale forum here to find a low miles AP2. You will notice at least a $1500 difference between the same car on the forum and at the dealership.
You also have to consider that cars at the dealership can be treated like rental cars. It is hard to know how many no-driving fools took the car out for a test drive and just beat on it for a few minutes without letting it completely warm up. If they let the Salesman take the car home as a driver...I feel really sorry for that S.
anyway, good luck and hope you find one you like!
