Damn man... $270/mo is the craziest rate I've ever heard of... it's an '04 Honda not a '13 Bugatti. Have you looked at other ins. companies?

Trolling? I definitely respect the guys that serve but that doesn't mean they get get out of jail free tickets or that they're above the law. You said yourself that you had cruise set at 77 in a 65. If you're going to speed you need to accept the risks no matter who you are.

In any case, as suggested above, get an attorney. Ask around if you need recommendations. I'm not totally certain who all covers the Santa Fe. If it was in Houston I'd highly recommend David S. Sprecher but I'm fairly certain that he doesn't handle that jurisdiction.
