Stolen Seats with an odd twist
So at about 6:48 this morning i awoke to a very rapid and strange sound. being as i had just woken up it took me a minute to figure out what it was. it was someone knocking on the door of my apartment. As i made this realization i just decided to look out my window to see if i could see anything. Sure enough there was a cop car with it's spotlight shining on my car. the second i saw this i knew exactly what happened. Some F***** A**hole slashed my top and took my seats. they also took my two stereo amps but left the sub and my oakley sunglasses.
So we stood around and talked to the officer for awhile while he filled out the report and i was trying to think of how much my insurance was going to go up thanks to these damn $8,000 seats.
After the officer left our downstairs neighbor came out to see what happened. well when he walked up he says this, "what's that on the other side of my truck." So we look on the other side of the truck and we find this,
Apparently they got spooked by the guy who saw them and called the cops so luckily they didnt get away with the seats, however insurance is still going to have to pick up the tab for the top and some other damage. they banged up my passenger side mirror because i was parked close to the pole that holds up the covered parking, plus it looks like they set the amps down on top of the trunk lid so it has scratches all over it now.
I F******** Hate thieves. Go get a damn job like everyone else. this is on the "Good" side of conroe by the way.

Man that sucks, at least you got off "light". Good luck w/ the insurance man. The cops really need to fingerprint the stuff they tried to steal and keep track of that shit.

what is it about these fkn seats that seriously get's them so interested. i'm glad you got to keep your seats though. you can get a new top out of the deal.
