man it took me forever to get it to host right for me. found the trick though

go to your profile

1. click on gallery
2. goto an album e.g. "my photos"
3. click upload and select your photo
4. click review&publish
5. finish and publish
6. go to the right and copy img url
7. put that url into the img tags.

orrrrrrrrrrrr

goto tinypic or imgur... seriously you cut down on 4 of those steps....
