That's a 2000 Turbo Beetle with 3M Scotchprint Graphics. It was part of a job I use to have. Cool stuff. Anything you can design in Photoshop, you can turn into a big sticker and put on a vehicle. Has a 5 year warranty! The same stuff as McD's "Very Big Mac" 18 wheelers.

He "cleared out" his headlights. Just means that he opened the headlights, and took out the orange lenses. He then replaced the white turn signal bulbs with orange bulbs.
