im about to measure the offset.

The actual width is from the inside of the bead seat not the outer edge. It looks like it is a 10" wheel to me.

^ yea what matt said. you dont measure from outside to outside its the inner piece you measure the "actual width"

that sounds about right. same with offsets. it was pretty flush for me with teh semi-stretched tires
