Default Antenna stolen twice

My antenna has been stolen twice the last couple of weeks. Anything special on these things? If anyone knows of a cheap way to set up a camera surveillance system let me know.

Thanks!

Khaled

Some have said they've put Loc-Tite on the threads to help secure it. I don't know how well that works, though. Sometimes we just take the antenna off ourselves.

For video, there's all those X10 pop-up ads. I have no experience with that stuff, either.

They have a "NightWatch" version now.

Heh, just noticed they have a "FloodCam" that's a motion sensor, camera and floodlight in one.

Too bad these things don't work from a cigarette lighter. It'd be a nice way to get some vids from the car.

Aight, this's getting ridiculous...Mine got stolen today in broad daylight (Not that hard to steal I guess). From what I've been told, they fit on Toyota MR2 Spyders & a couple VW vehicles. I've had the s2k for almost 2 years & now it's finally stolen...This's childish! It looks like I'll be ordering one from Lute Riley (they're the closes dealership) unless they charge up the a$$ like they usually do. If so, then H&A (Board sponsor) gets my biz again .

I don't understand why people steal them. They're so cheap online.

Sorry to hear about your car, jimmy. It'd be great to find those bastards and drag them down the street through v-tec

Both times I parked in the visitor parking lot at work. I never had any problems parking in the garage where no one would see them take it. The 2nd time it was near the smoker's area here at work.

Lute Riley charged the highest. Cheapest I found was at John Eagle. $18 vs $28 @ LR and $26 @ David McDavid.

evil1, do you have to use the car as your daily driver? We stopped driving the S2000 around after some A$$HOLE dented the driver's side door. My dad was so pissed (we think it happened while the car was parked at a restaurant).

$18 sounds about right. anything more is a rip-off. Best of luck, man.
