I live in Ennis and they're the closest dealer to me. Is there a better dealer with really good mechanics around Dallas?

As for their sales, customer relations, or general business conduct I really can not comment. As for their Service Dept. they have some of the worst in the area. As do most of the John Eagle/Rene Isip dealerships in this market.

Next time you go by a BMW or Mercedes or a Porsche dealership in the Dallas/FW area go into the Service Dept and ask some of the Service Managers what they think of the Service Dept's at the above mentioned dealerships......

Did not mean to high-jack the post....I'll stay out of it from here..

I'm taking my car to Freeman this weekend I think. I'm pulling codes

p0301
p0302
p0303
p0304
p1399

with a constant CEL and a flashing CEL when I come to stops.
Misfiring on all cylinders and a random misfire. I need it scanned at a dealership so I know where to go in regards to fixing it.

Does a dealership scan give any extra information than any other place (autozone = free) can give you? Autozone's information about the codes may not be up to par, but if you already have the codes you might be able to get somebody that works at a dealership to give you the other info for free.

That's exactly what I was wondering. Does the Honda scan reveal more than the autozone? I have no idea. I called Freeman and asked them but they gave me a run around answer along the lines of "OUR scan costs $125.00."

Last night I did a map whack and reset the ecu. The engine light only came on while I was stopped and ideling. Then it starts flashing. I drove all the way to Dallas this morning without the CEL coming on, but the moment I stopped at a light on Preston Road the light started flashing and then stayed on. I know I need a valve adjustment, I'm just hoping I don't have any bent valves. And I hope to God I don't have to replace all the coil packs and injectors. I already put in spark plugs, but I'm 99% sure I put in the wrong ones. Eek.
