Default Anybody's work place hiring a recent Finance Grad?

Thought I would give this a try, recently graduated in the Winter and I am currently searching for a job/career.

Currently hired at nationstar mortgage but it is not what I was hoping for, seeing if anybody has any good leads or know somewhere that is hiring.

Congrats! I'm so close... 15 hrs after this semester.
Jack Henry in Allen doesn't have any finance positions open.
Good luck.

I just finished up my mba with a concentration in finance. if you haven't looked into it, look at internal audit roles. at the company I'm at, I am essentially working in a management/finance consultant type role. Lots of operational and strategic issues with minimal amounts of SOX testing. I really enjoy it so far, and the perks are nice!

good luck.

Working in the mortgage industry isn't good right now. I hired a buddy that used to work at Nationstar to come here to my employer.

Unfortunately, we don't have any open positions here for a finance grad. Good luck, man! Start calling recruiters.

Look in the accounting/auditing arena. Parlay ANY accounting experience into your resume and try to get an entry level accounting/audit job. Opportunities will open up very quickly.

Nationstar Mortgage took over Centex Equity IIRC. It hasnt been doing well since. The company has a very high employee turnover rate. To be honest, you should have been passing out your resume 6 months ago(hopefully you have).

I graduated this past december but I was lucky enough to get offer a new position with JPMorgan since I've been with them for about 2 yrs. Check the JPMorgan website. They always have something there. If you want you can pm me your email and I'll see if I can find something posted in the internal website. Good luck.
