That's one way, but much easier is just pulling both driver and passenger fuses for the power windows.

if you just want to get the inspection sticker, I know a place where you can get one no matter the condition of the car.

i dunno if its in the system specifically for "window tint" or if it just says "safety inspection fail"

i found out that the flag falls off after 15 days, so i can just wait 2 weeks and then reinspect it somewhere else, but if i can just take it back and disable the windows i'll do that.
