Default Anyone here work for sprint?

Hey I'm going to sign up for sprint on the 15th because I get a discount through work, i know exactly what I want and everything but I would rather give an s2k person the business instead of some random person. I'm getting 3 new lines, possibly 4 with some add ons and stuff. Just let me know

They are in a pretty bad position right now... In the 4th quarter of 07 they literally lost more money than there entire stock is worth.. and there phones suck

I have Verizon now which is awesome, but all their add ons are outrageous (30 bucks a month for unlimited texts and 50 for mobile internet on my PDA phone) so if i do everything i want i'll be paying 190 for my family plan a month, i can do the same deal at sprint with my work discount of 27 percent and pay 100 bucks for the same stuff. Service is slightly worse but they have the xv6800 (they call it the mogule) which is what i would get from verizon anyway. I've always hated sprint too personally, i acctually hold a lot of verizon stock but for that deal its just hard to pass up

T-Mobile and Sprint are both shit...

AT&T will depend more on the phone than anything else. Speaking of which, my Blackjack sucks... been acting funky and doesn't travel well. I was on a 3 day business trip and got a 2 day old txt msg when I got back to Dallas cause I didn't have service... and I was in D.C.!

I want an iPhone, but on the newer network... or maybe some other snazzy thing... oh well.

i had att when it was cingular, good service but horrible horrible customer service. they refused to sell me a new phone without an upgrade, even if i wanted to pay full price for it..... tmobile i had and it sucks.... like i said verizon is best as long as you dont want internet and such..... but my sister and brother in law have sprint and with that discount its just too hard to pass up, maybe slightly worse service but they throw free upgrades at you all the time from what i've seen.... plus better service is not worth an extra 80 bucks a month for me that i'd be paying at verizon for the same stuff....

They throw "free upgrades" at you because when you change phones you have to sign a new contract... so don't be fooled by that. As far as customer service goes... here's a short story version: Business owned cell phone was lost, rep was told the next day to cancel the phone, eventually $5K in charges for that phone, in Mexico. Rep did NOT deny that we told him to cancel it but REFUSED to take off the charges... Call customer service, they also refuse.. speak to a couple levels of management who also refuse until one finally gives at the threat of pulling the company's business because we were no longer under contract. I'm sure this doesn't happen to many people, so it's probably almost irrelevant, but imagine if that was your personal phone and you didn't have the "power" that a larger business contract did?

Sorry, I have a grudge against them... I'll get off my soap box now, haha.
