AP1/AP2 airbox interchangeable?

AP1/AP2 airbox interchangeable?
Swapping intake w/ another member, and don't want to find out they don't fit. I'm fairly certain they are interchangeable with no problems, I read it somewhere, but cannot find the thread. Does anyone know for sure?
Just to make sure, Does anyone have a AP1 OEM airbox they want to sell?

Yes, it's interchangeable and will fit. I just ran across it on the under the hood forum several days ago.
I don't have a stock airbox...but i do have a almost brand-new OEM air filter bought it from Rusty Wallis honda dealer (used it for 3 days then switch in the k&n filter). You can have it for $15 if you want.
