Mark Williams e-mailed the results to me, as well as all other BMW club member. As noted at the top these are RAW times. The website may show different results now.

Gregg,
I agree his power to weight ratio is much better than the S2000, based on the speed that he was able to obtain in the 1/4 mile straight coming in to the slalom. He was redlining 3 rd gear going into the slalom.

gernby,
stick me in a miata, I will not do as well, because my driving style doesn't work well behind the wheel of one.

altiain,
I have nothing further to comment.

You guys need to put away the penises and shake hands and STFU. Go find an SCCA board to whine about the autox on.

You guys should all just be happy I brought the Civic and didn't put up any stiff competition for you.

Hey, I have a time stub with 83.1, and my best posted time is 85. It's a conspiracy, or maybe just computer problems.

It was good to see the fellow S2000's and I hope to keep learning from ya'll. I also enjoyed the ride in the lowered Mini - that thing felt solid in the turns but didn't have our top end speeds.

The rain luckily held off long enough for me to get the slick S03's back to North Dallas. New S02's on the way...

Did you have a +2 after that time? I would bring it up with them, they may have had a problem and be able to fix it (or would at least like to know about it). If it was a rerun they may have just not counted that run as legit.

It is a custom ECU, and he revs the engine well above normal redline, perhaps even as high as 9000. It is of course an 1800, not the oriignal 1600, since SP rules allow update/backdate between everything listed on the same line.

Andy has probably never had it dynoed.

We tried to find out how much power it puts down, but he wouldn't tell.

gregg,

Andy said "he knows exactly what it is putting down". What he knows & what he is willing to tell are 2 different things.
