lol, i'm trying to find a cool workout that i can look forward to doing each day, and i wanted to start off with boxing

Meh gold's doesn't have boxing, but Bally's has Taekwondo and maybe some other sports, my friend has trained there for years and has a black belt from there. But he says its getting pretty lame and boring now, and I think hes like one of three people in the adult class.

I trained with a good friend of mine, Anthony, who is currently in the WEC and moving on to the UFC soon. Great gym and saekson is a great coach.
