Try following the above step. I didn't show up on the entry list until I did this.

Define "marginally pass tech inspection" If no fluids are leaking and your engine won't grenade itself in the middle of the course you're probably ok. And it's ok to just run 1 session as long as you work that session as well. Come on out!
