clutch fluid change?
Does the S2000 share the same fluid with the brakes? If so you probably just need to open the container, take most of it out with a turkey baster and rebleed your brakes. That way you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
No, seperate systems.
It's easy to do on your own - I've done it myself. Doesn't even take two people like the brakes do. I don't know the scheduled maintanence period - check your owners manual for that.

I imagine clutch fluid isn't something that needs to be changed that often like diff/tranny fluid.
