HAHAHA please don't ever associate me with Louisiana . I just live there! Why did you throw the 16's on your car Sunday?

Sorry bout that--. I want to save those tires for an upcomong race, and i have some hoosiers on my 16s that i would rather use up for DEs. I had lap times for Sat on the 17s, unfortunately none for sunday on the 16s for comparison. I belive straight line accel is better on the 16s--cornering and general driving is easier on the 17s.

How did you all find out your lap times or do they just give those to the more experienced drivers? I think it would be pretty cool to see the improvement from the begining of the event til the end. I know on the straight coming out of Big Bend at the begining of the event in the braking zone I was topping out at high 80 mph by the end on Sunday I was right over 100mph. By the way if you couldn't tell in my last post I was being sarcastic!

I have a transponder. the track has its own system that tracks lap times of cars w transponders. I knew you were joking.

Man, I should've looked for ya, AG! I was out there, though I wasn't running.

How is the new 3.1? I'm debating on running in three weeks with the Apex Driving Academy, though I'm not sure if they're running the 3.1 or the 1.7.

Yep, the new 1.4 mile extension makes me fall in love with MSR all over again. The 1.7 was okay, but I could darn near drive it with my eyes closed.

I plan to make all of the next MSR events as long as they are the full 3.1.
