Why did they give you a whole new windshield if it was just the seal that was messed up?

Might be interested, do you have to buy the seal seperately from honda? We have a small little crack.

Actually I do have a crack in my windshield... but I find it really odd that they would give you a new windshield to replace one that didn't have any defects... throwing a bitch fit or not.

It just seems shady to me, and your response has done nothing to help that... a little too "don't ask questions, just buy it" for me.

(I'm not very good at keeping comments to myself am I? Oh well, welcome to a public forum... )

shady wow..... its a effin windshield I had it replaced due to a messed up seal that the glass co messed up the whole story is they said they would order a new seal and because of the possibility of the glass breaking they would have to get another windshield "just in case" and when they came to replace it I demanded that they install the new one. and the guy I guess was so frustrated with whole ordeal when I said can I keep the old one he actually said "I don't a F " soooo I kept it. So that maybe I could sell it for the inconvenience that they caused, so I am.

It is OBO
