OMG, I'm hooked! This is an addiction. Iron Rock opened up the course this weekend for more demo rides. This was so much fun and the big 3/4 mile track isn't open for another week!

Anything like that in the Dallas area?

 

There's a karting track just North of Denton but nothing like the new Iron Rock facility in Austin. There are a couple of Club members that are going to be racing on the 125 shifter kart circuit this year that includes the Austin, Denton and Norman, OK tracks. I'll let them fill you in on the details. I'll be there taking photos and helping out when I can. Sounds like a blast!!!

 

Damn, that's awesome. I totally wish there was a show-up-and-drive sort of place here. I'm not ready to invest in purchasing a personal karting setup.

How'd the karts perform? Engine performance, handing and quality.
