Default just got a ticket

I've been working in stephenville for the past 3 weeks

The day I'm leaving to drive to D/FW I get busted -- as I accelerate so as not to get flattened by the big rig I stupidly pulled out in front of
(rental truck doesn't have the huevos my S has )

62 in a 45 --- laser

why a four lane road w/ a turn lane in the center and huge shoulders is a 45 zone I can't tell you...
why you can't buy beer in stephenville is also a mystery

but anyway, I'm now back in california and wondering what you all think I should do.

do you guys get to do online traffic school?
how about trial by declaration (by mail)?

just looking for some hints as to how to go about this

Thanks...

just do defered judication... you pay a lower amount and as long as you dont get another ticket in that town in 90 days it doesnt go on your record..

True, but since he lived in LA i don't really know if defered is possible.... plus most people don't know is that after 90 days you'll have to show the court your driving record otherwise they won't clear the ticket.
