I have, but no responses yet - right now I'm just looking for what my options are, and saw this shop. I've never heard of them, but shipping can be a huge cost on a bumper - thought I'd see if anyone is local to it.

 

Never heard of them either. I guess they started business since 2009.
Call and see if they sound legit
They also give you 5% refund when you write a review on a forum.

 

Address goes to an apartment complex.... so I'm guessing there is no physical store, maybe the guy operates out of a storage unit?
