licsence plate in the dfdubbb
I was asking because i just had my front bumper repainted not to long ago and my other plate fell off as i was driving. So I just have a plate in the rear. i been driving around with no front plate and today got pulled over in garland today for no plates. I told the officer what happened and he let me go with a warning. I know that its a texas law for you to have a plate in your front bumper. but know that alot of cities aren't to strict on it..
So how many owners in North texas has no front plates, and have you ever been pulled over for it? ticket or no? and where?
Thanks

have had 3, all dismissed. Friend is a dallas cop and he tells me they only pull people over for that if they are young or look suspicious...it's like a gateway to find other problems. If your older, or drive an expensive vehicle, they'll never pull u over.

I've been driving in Texas for the past 15 years and have never had a front plate on any of my cars. I've never been stopped or asked about it, and I assure you I've been pulled over plenty of times.
