You certainly have a point, but there are some very valuable resources on this forum as well. Most any problem that you have with the car can be remedied with a couple hours with the "search" button.

I think It comes with the territory, we "S" owners are very proud people. I mean have you seen all the "I Love my "S"" threads?

I think you're going to find that while this forum MAY be filled with nay-sayers and negative people, It is better than some other forums out there. You also need to take into consideration that this is one of the largest international communities of any car website so you're going to get that very diverse sampling of different opinons and owners: sarcastic, jerk, nice, stupid etc...

I get made fun of. sure it sucks, but live and learn!

Who cares what some people behind a computer screen say? If you don't like them, you can click the "Ignore" button on their posts and you will never have to see what they say again (unless someone else quotes them).

However, I'd say that if that truly is your opinion, then maybe you're reading the wrong sub-forums, or maybe you're posting things to bring this on yourself. It's an internet forum, and people are going to post their opinions & thoughts with very little filtering because most people on here will never meet face-to-face with anyone else. If you don't want to hear other people's opinions & thoughts, then don't post things that would supply an opportunity for those people to respond.

In the end, if you don't want to be here, then feel free to leave. But know that nobody is going to mourn your departure. Because after all, it's just an internet forum.


Edit: BTW... I just read the thread that you're referring to. Man, if you found that offensive, then you definitely don't belong on internet forums. rio was offering honest and useful advice and you take it as some personal attack on you. Yeah, good luck with that attitude.
