Per the Dragon Boat Festival thread, Jack is willing to host us S2000 folks at his restaurant. I've picked next Monday at 7:30 to start things off.

He's located on 14th Street in Plano, just east of Jupiter Road.

Jack servers both Americanized and authentic versions of dishes. (A menu in Chinese is available to those of you who speak it.) His specialty is Peking Duck - servers four, for thirty bucks. It takes a day to prepare, so if you want one be sure to call at least by Saturday and let him know.

Best Chinese food I've ever had in my entire life.

Oh, and it's BYOB.
