Sam, deciding when to race is like trying to decide when you can afford to have kids. Racing will make you faster. And there are always drivers of all different skill levels. at first you start in the back and slowly with time you get faster.

Very true! I guess all I need is a roll bar now I'm thinking about the Hard Dog roll bar.

dont know much about harddog. I would go with a local cage builder who knows all the rules and who can customize it exactly like you want. let me know and i can connect you.

I'm guessing those cages will be welded in? I'd actually prefer to have my cage welded onto the car. That would be great. And I don't like the idea of having to cut open my rear wheel wells to install the Hard Dog rollbar either. There won't be any cutting required right?
