Note on good service
I am certainly one to complain about dealers more than the average guy. That, along with the horror stories I have run into about cars left with dealers have made me reluctanct, at best, to have a dealer do the work.
As was inevitable, however, the TSB for the spark plugs and a need to replace my drivers side window regulator required a visit to the dealer. Having heard some good things about John Eagle, I thought that was the best place to start. I was right.
The staff, including Jonathan, was extremely helpful, polite and careful. The work was completed on time and as requested. Everyone knew what they were doing. A big thumbs up to the service staff there! I'll be back.

If only they had replaced my regulator when I brough mine in yesterday...darn thing wouldn't reproduce the problem while it was there, but of course it did it again this morning.
Aside from that, the service I've gotten there has always been great there.
