Default Nov 4 HCD accommodations details

Hi everyone:

We went by Koyote Ranch today and asked about getting a discount for our group, and they said that we would all get a discount of 10% if we booked 10 or more cabins, and 15% if we rent more than 15.

Call Koyote Ranch at 800-225-0991 and let them know that you are part of the S2000 group to have your cabin applied to the group and to get your discount.

Book soon! The best cabins are going quickly!

Sweet. Same digs as last year. If all you plan on doing is sleeping the econo Cabins are just dandy.

I am planning to make reservations today. I hope you guys don't mind a certain white C6 tagging along again. At least this time the wife will be able to go with me, she was disappointed that last year she was out of town. She was really disappointed after I told her how much fun it was.

Where are the details on the actual event/drive? I need to confirm dates before I commit since I'm starting a new job next monday and have training for the first few weeks so I hope it's just a fri night-sunday thing.

I say go to SEMA. It's for your business anyhow isn't it??? How about we trade, I go to SEMA, and you take my place on the HCD.

I haven't been involved with this event, but here's how last year's went:

Saturday morning we meet up somewhere in Austin and head out.
Saturday night is spent on the Ranch
Sunday morning, round everybody up for some more driving.
Back home somtime Sunday evening.

Last year, EgoThreat and I went down on Friday and stayed with some friends. There wasn't any official event activities going on then.

Hey guys, it will be next week before I can get details up for the Hill Country Drive (HCD).

I can confirm the drive dates will be Friday November 3rd - Sunday November 5th.

This year we will spread the driving out over three days to make it more enjoyable and also to spend more time on Saturday driving the fun stuff.

It's very depressing to be in China only to find out something you want to do is scheduled at exactly the same time as your NEXT trip to China
