If you have not been to the Dallas Raceway site you are missing out, this is the best site in the area. Large site, smooth medium grip concrete with no gravel. It does have a little water in the middle often, the ground seeps or something, not a big deal.
I am going!

I wasn't sure if I was going to make this one, since my tires were DONE after the last one. However, I had a weak moment, and bought another set. I hope I didn't get a set of left-overs from last year's production run ... Does anyone know how to tell the producction date of a tire?

NTAXS season points update.
Armstrong Vongsavath has won the S2000 class and will receive a free entry into a 2014 event of his choice.
Mike McShane has won Class 1, so he will also receive a free entry in 2014.
Kenny Baker has won Class 1R. Chalk down a free 2014 entry there too.
Class 2 is still up in the air with Chris Hunt at 20 points and Chris Fithian at 18 points. One of them will get a free entry in 2014.
Ken Orgeron has won class 2R, netting a free 2014 entry.
There will be no winner for Class 3 since no one will have attended three events.
Class 3R is a battle between David Jones (15 points), Joseph Kan (11 points), Michael Reck (10 points), and Mark Wortham (7 points). All four drivers have only run two events in this class, so they need to attend the 11/18 event in order to be eligible.
Remember, the position points are:
9 points- First place
6 points- Second place
4 points- Third place
3 points- Fourth place
2 points- Fifth place
1 point – Sixth place and all other participants in class
Congratulations to the class winners thus far, and good luck to those still fighting.
