OBD-II Reader?

Anyone have one or access to one? My mothers 1996 Toyota Avalon XLS check engine light just came on and I need to know what to fix. Thanks!

Humm ok, didnt realize they had that sort of thing. We only have an Oreilly's in our small town but I will try it. Sorry for my ignorance
