Is this the same type of truck? There is one over at Phil Dill boats hooked up to this amazingly long boat... I'm sure between the boat and this rig they are compensating for something short..

No what that is is a transformer. It turns into a huge beast that drinks all of our diesel and smaller cars that get excellent gas mileage. Watch out for that, they are usually pretty hungry.
