I believe it to be a poor decision to appear at such places. My advice is to steer clear.

If the police aren't doing anything about it, maybe you'd be better off calling one of the news channel's "Street Squad" type things...

Such estabishments have existed in the area for decades. Perhaps I am not comprehending the renewed reason for concern.

The reason for the concern is that in the past 8 months the number of gambling dens of iniquity has risen from 4 to 17 and the ground was just broken on 2 more.

A side effect of this has been the street walkers.
