PayPal has locked down ("limited access"; only in, nothing out) our NTS2KOC account until we provide them with a long list of information. I am trying to accomodate them, but there aren't really any people there, just machines. They don't accept PDF format files, but rather insist on faxes (quite low-tech for a supposedly high-tech bank).

They want our bank statements, articles of incorporation, a written statement of purpose, etc. Almost like dealing with the government.

I'll handle this. Just bitching.

Trouble is that they are sitting on a couple of grand of our money and not allowing us to move it out!

Got another email from their "Compliance" group stating again that they cannot accept PDF attachments. They need the material faxed to them (have to go find a functioning fax around here). No one uses faxes any more!

The funny thing is that the "fax" on their end will probably be a digital imaging server.

I'm sure you have one, but if you have any trouble finding a fax machine, PM me and I can fax them for you... I have several around the office or I can send them from the PC (fax modem).
