Pretty cool experience with Lute Riley express oil change
Okay.. I know I know what you guys say about Lute Riley Honda (iin Sales dept in particular)
I just happened to be in the area over the weekend so I thought I give them a try.
Well, to make a long stor short, the oil change service was pretty damn quick. I say I was in the express oil change shop for less than 15 mins the whole time.
$29.99 was kinda steep for oil change + lube but the service was cool and FAST (I dun like waiting 30 mins for a freakin oil change)
They even reset the blinking'maintence required' lights for me.
(Last time I went to Rusty Wallace the idiots didn't reset the thing)
Overall I say I was pleased with the service

I just bought mine for MSRP at Lute Riley and I got the extended warranty for 60k. My option. They tried 2k over, because of color and because it wasn't in stock(they had to get it from New Mexico) 4 day wait. I walked out on Monday and they called me back on Tuesday and they gave me what I wanted MSRP (no trade) cash down and financing that I asked for(don't ask). Dan Woody e-commerce manager and Bill Cheek account manager, good guy, sold me a '01 civic last year for invoice, that I still have.
Internet inquiry is the way to go, the salesman in the parking lot are voulchers, that is what my girlfriend referred to.
I had 3 free quick changes there last year with the Civic, not once a problem. 1st visit was quick, pulled right in and out, the second one they were backed up when I pulled in, so that was expected 45 minutes, and the 3rd in and out. 4th one wasn't free so I went to Jiffy Lube across from my office in Euless.
We can change the oil ourselves right? I haven't seen or read anything that I can recall that would void any service warranties. Anyone know different? I don't trust anyone with this car, especially some young oil and lube guy that is spiteful.
I am a young guy that has done well in life and I respect other peoples property and not everyone is like me. This is why I would do it myself.
