Default resonator delete

i don't think i want to get a full exhaust, i spend a lot of time driving back and forth to austin for work on top of my 40 mile per day commute. i don't want loud, just a little more growl.

does anyone have experience with this? any shop rec's in the DFW area?

again, not looking for horse power or anything that much louder - just a slightly meaner note. i've heard that doing the resonator delete would do that.

thanks in advance!

I have the resonator delete. (and T1R test pipe) It is great for a little power and tone. Any muffler shop should be able to do that no problem

Yea, it's not that difficult of a job, absolutely any muffler shop will be able to do this.

I would keep the resonator so you could put it back in if you don't like the results.

i plan on it. honestly though, if the resonator delete doesn't do it for me, i'll just splurge and get a full exhaust.

Hmm well, I'll tell you that I enjoyed the sound of it but still succumbed to buying a catback eventually.

It was like $15, at Pronto in Plano, to delete the resonator. So it's well worth the money to see if you'll be pleased.
