Let us know how much you are willing to spend for wheels and tires and we can make you a better recommendation...

If not, I'd say spend $5,200 and get a set of 18" HRE 540 wheels 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear with offsets as suggested by HRE. Add to that a set of Bridgestone S02's 225/40-18 front and 265/35-18 or 285/30-18 rear tires for ~$1,000 and you'll be set. Order the HRE's direct and the tires from our Discount Tire sponsor.

do you have rubbing issues with that wide of a rim? I would imagine it would be horrible with a lowered car as well.

Nope, no rubbing issues because of proper offsets. There is enough room in the S2000 rear wheel well to fit a 10.5 wheel with a tire size of 285/30-18, maybe even a bit wider tire. Lowering really doesn't factor in to why a tire/wheel rubs. In my mind, lowering will only cause more frequent rubbing if the wheel does not have a proper offset in the first place.

$5200 for 4 rims HELL DA FOCK NO.

My budget is $1000 rims and i got the hook up for tires.

I like the Roto Torque rims 17's but dont know if it will fit.

I also like the O.Z Superleggera's 18's.

Rear they only rub cause if the wide fenders that i installed i can just shave the inner lip to solve that problem though

Not sure on the Roto's but I know for a fact the OZ S.L.'s do NOT have enough offset. I'd doubt it if the Roto's do but that's just a guess. Just make sure you maintain front/rear stagger when choosing your new wheel/tire setup. I've seen a few folks latley fitting a 7.5 inch wheel front AND back just to get "rims" on the car. Handling is sure to go to sh!t.

DavidB, I'd have to call up HRE to get my offset specs again.
