Uh, yea not until the next autocross because:

1 item:
- Ground (4-5 days): $6
- Next Day (1-2 days): $32

4 items:
- Ground (4-5 days): $13
- Next Day (1-2 days): $85

So, imho, next day is out (only way to get it by Sat.).

As for the per item charge, it depends on the item. A hat is like $6 to ship individually, but with four the price drops to $4 So, depends on what is ordered and in what quantities. Of course, if someone orders a flywheel or other expensive to ship item they're gonna be covering the shipping for that item

Anyway, I would figure that your shipping cost per hat would not be over $4 and will probably be under $3. Didn't get far enough through the process to check on taxes, but once we get ready to order I will tally everything up and give people an exact cost before the order is placed.

Yes, I'll hold on to it until I see you on Saturday assuming UPS is on schedule to deliver by Friday like they say. The hat has an adjustable strap so you should be fine. Like turbolane said, they fit nice. I don't think I've ever seen Photodavo without his on!

Mine was suffering the same fate from July autocross sweat and the like. I was at my Mother's last fall and I commented on how I should really wash it. She told me about the dishwasher trick so we tried it. Still had the stains afterward. The good news is that Xmas morning I had a brand new one. Apparently Mom searched long and hard on the internet before she finally found Handa.

Now I have my good old original as well as a "dress" cap for those special sweat limited occasions. Best cap I have ever owned, bar none. I think the first one I saw was on you Ego (or was it that guy Elistan) at the first meet I attended back in '02 at Sneaky Pete's. Big for this awesome cap!
