Sanger? WooooWeeeee, you are way out there from Dallas....i say a good 45 minutes drive. They do have a drag-strip there...i believed it's a 1/8 mile but could be a 1/4 mile and you can see it from I35-N. Well, atleast you are closer to the Winstar casino then we are,

Yea I'll probably be working there hehe. Any up coming meets that I could possibly get in on? Driving really isn't a big deal to me as long as it's within an hour max

Well Cyntex, to tell you tell truth...this is not SO CAL where there are great members and great racing and off-course some ignore members too . You are in the COW-BOYZ country now! YEEAHAA!!!! where most of them are in their middle-age working family-man and more laid-back type. There are some road course event like every other months or two. As for the meets, well, hummm, there's no consistence meeting. There are some members living up in your area...(big_bird, dominox), stay away from them two, they are CRAZIES!!!! HAHAHA....

Huh? Middle aged? I am 32 and most of the members are younger than me.I guess your definition of middleaged is much different than mine. The mostly monthly autocross is a great place to meet S2K members as well as former owner and enthusiasts like me. Earlier in the year the club had a discounted track weekend rate at MSR. 2-3 times a year the club also gets together for great drives. Most recently the club held their annual lakeday, I was not able to attend but looks like everybody had a great time. BTW I am in Lewisville near 121 and 35.
Yes, you are right. I guess my definition for middle-age for the S2000 is from latest 20's- to- latest 30's where they are already married or was and pretty much busy for working and taking care of family. BTW, you may be older than some of the members but you are sure not older than me
