Well, so far, I haven't driven the S since Wednesday and I have felt some relief, so it just might be from the clutch.
I do take vitamins, and i do get alot of the good stuff, if ice cream and beer are part of that list. (j/k)

Your muscles are 70% water, 20% protein, 10% minerals and other. My guess is it's the combination of your workouts and your driving, combined with thanksgiving bad eating, and less water intake due to colder weather. Caffeine intake (a diuretic) many times goes up when it gets colder too-making matters worse. Take mega mean multi (2/day) and 4 flax 1000mg everyday, while drinking water like it's going out of style. (alcohol dehydrates as well- )
That's all free, buddy. Good luck.

I'm w/ marcucci, I've had issues w/ my back when traveling to see my sister (only a 4 hour drive!)... but never my knee/leg other than it hurting from a prior incident...
My back hurt pretty bad afterwards!

I did a round trip from Dallas to West Palm, FL, in one weekend once. Made the drive nonstop there and back (20-ish hours each way). Made the trip back w/the top down the whole way, was pretty sun and windburned, too.

There would have to be something HUUUGELY important happening for me to make that kind of trip in that kind of time... dying mother, love of life about to marry someone else etc.
