Default Steering Problem

When I was driving home tonight, I noticed my steering is a bit harder than normal. But the most noticeable problem is when I turn the wheel too fast. When I turn the steering wheel to the right fast, there's a couple jerk before it turns smoothly. This happen while my car is at a complete stop and rolling around 15mph. Is there something wrong with my powersteering? Or is this normal when it's cold outside? I've search but no luck so please help.

Thanks

1. My suspension is stock.
2. I did look under the hood, no sign of bent arm nor it is rubbing. It was fine the other day, and I haven't run into any curve nor big pot hole.
3. My EPS light is not on. I was reading on that earlier, and it's somewhat have the same symptom. But the thing is the light is not on so I'm confuse.

Considering your car is an 02, I doubt it unless you bought an extended warranty or it was a pre-owned Honda Care car.

Yeah, I just check with my warranty and they say that won't be covered. Anyone ever have this problem?
