I helped a girl cross-shop a Civic and Corolla about 4 mos. ago. We hit only Toyota of Dallas for the Corolla and I was not very impressed. Slightly unprofessional and gave me an uneasy feeling. They were trying to force a sale on my friend and wouldn't take no for an answer, even though they couldn't get to the correct price. She bought the Civic.
I went to a Toyota dealer in Mesquite once (is that Fowler?) to drive a pre-owned MR2 Spyder. They were lower pressure, but still not up to professional standards. I'm used to dealing with Acura dealers, and they tend to cater to my needs.
You might also try Toyota of Plano at Preston & Plano Pkwy/G. Bush Expwy.

I bought a truck from Toyota of Richardson a couple years ago and would NOT recommend them.
The Finance Dept. will try and screw you and the way in which they tried to do it to me was both unethical and unlawful.

thanx guys. I don't know any of these dealers and Toyota has sooo many option packages that the shopping process can be confusing. I already have my financing set, so atleast they can't screw my there.

I've bought cars from John Eagle and Toyota of Plano; I've had a problem with a specific salesman at John Eagle but that was 100% a personality/culture issue.
I absolutely hate Toyota of Richardson. I've gone looking there twice, once used and once new, and both times the experience was just ridiculous.

I bought my 4runner from T of Dallas last year. I will never set foot in that dump again. And I will steer as many ppl as possible away from them. My deal went through with a lot of paperwork issues. I probly phoned them 15-20 times regarding the status of the payoff, loan, hail repair etc..... and everytime they failed to call me back. Pathetic customer relations. All they care about is the sale, and once that's done, you are pond scum to them. Avoid them at all costs.
