This would be my first mega meet, can you turn up on the day or do I need to be booked into the hotel to attend?
I’ve checked the availability at the hotel on their website and I couldn’t book in for this date as there no availability on the website. Ta

You have to book your place through the Club!! Do not book anything anywhere else. Use the link at the top of this page.

When you’ve paid, it will take you to the registration page, where you fill in the relevant questions asked. As I say, it’s done through the Club.

You book through us if you are staying, there are options for staying, attending the drive and dinner only or the drive only - all have tickets so we can track numbers, no turning up on the day!
