Is all the payment required upfront or just an initial deposit? It appears to read: full payment first by bank transfer and then complete the booking form.

Booked and paid. Very much looking forward to meeting everyone. I pray to the Sun god the weather will be good. I have ticked the optional wife box - will she be delivered at the meet or sent earlier? (And whats the refund policy on this option?)

Hi all
I'm planning a route to Megameet should anyone wish to join me.
Initial plan would be to meet at Beaconsfield Services (M40) and then take a scenic route to Cherwell Services (M40);from there a drive to lunch somewhere between Bromsgrove and Kidderminster (near to M42 and M5).
Afternoon will be a drive to Ludlow and then a deviating route to the hotel.
Although I have rough routes, I would welcome any input on either stops or routes that I may be able to tweak into my routes.
