Hi i would go on a run on a sunday maybe Eastbourne for breakfast then over to Lewis via Beachy head

If the weather is dry on Sunday were thinking of taking a run in the S from Guildford down to Rye. Have a stroll round the town, do some tearooms etc.
Happy for anyone to join us. Might even go towards Camber for a walk on the beach.
