Default First Lotus Driver Training, Crail

I've tried to organise this before but was unable to get a date from Andy Walsh. However I was talking to his dad today who said that if we could get enough interest they maybe able to organise something in the near future.

Basically, we need to get enough people to fill a week's worth of training to make this worthwhile and he will book the track. Price is around

Sounds like we should turn this into a meet if some sort as well! Presumably dates are flexible.
I fancy trying more "Andy Walsh" stuff out and a trip to Scotland could be good!

Not yet. Andy hasn't agreed to do it and won't consider it unless it's worth his while to come up. If we have enough initial interest he will speak to Crail and come back to us.

If there are 15+ genuinely interested in doing the course I'll get back in touch with him.

Is Crail a proper circuit or would it be the same as the North Weald days?

Crail is an old airfield - I don't think they do any serious racing there AFAIK. It's the Max Power brigade's preferred alternative to Knockhill in scotland. Never been there myself though.
