Kim I have an idea...
Keep the waiting list as a holding list. Let them convoy if they wish, and organise parking nearby for them. Then the people who dropout or don't turn up can be replaced on the day and people can bring their cars in from the holding list. Whaddya think?

I could do. Trouble is, outside the cafe I have no control over parking and so can't specifically
guarantee outside parking(although there is some parking outside as MQ, Dotty and others saw).
As we did before, we had a few more dropouts even when the waiting list was closed and people still turned up
and got a space on the day.
