Guessing, from the topic starter, the earliest this will begin is Friday (28th) night, and that will just be evening drinks for those who are staying overnight or are close to the meet point.
The main Meet day, driving plus food plus beers (probably) will be Saturday day and evening (29th).
If there is enough interest there will be a bit of a drive out on Sunday (30th) too, finishing at midday.

I'll be attending, will be staying overnight in Llandudno on the Friday and Saturday nights somewhere quite special, hence needing to know for definite the dates
