After a visit to Haigh Hall on Sunday, think i'll keep the meet momentum up and aim to get to this too.

Rick for those who don't know, like me, what are the basic details for these meets?

What time from?
Do we eat at the Pub?
Any little drive involved, or is this purely social?

Thanks, Gavin.

ps don't expect any in depth mechanical conversations from me......on cars anyway.
Glad to hear it I'm sure you'll enjoy the meet as much as the car show.

We tend to meet around half 7ish sometimes people get there a bit earlier and sometimes a bit later i'm normally there around half past.

I ALWAYS eat at the pub It's upto you though, some people have their tea first, some come straight from work and have tea there.

On occasion there have been little drives, nothing is planned, if the weather is nice and people fancy it then we will do, if it's anything like last month when it hammered it down we tend to not bother (unless Gary goes to swap cars )

It's all easy going, we talk about everything not purely cars, it's just an excuse to go for a drive and goto the pub basically

If you or anyone else has any other questions and also if there are anymore lurkers about then please post up

Rick

P.S. Lee I can't believe you've broke it already Come down in the focus if you have chance

Just a tad too far south (Its nearly in essex that pub) and all motorway for me people, I take it you change the venue on this meet quite a bit judging by the sub-title of this thread?

Don't be so bloody soft, I'm nearly on the pennines and i'm still going

This is actually the first time we've changed it, we normally have it in Preston but we've moved it further south for once to accomodate some of the Cheshire people
