Glad everyone had a good time (barring the split rad on the M5 and the bonnet mishap on the Celica )

Loudest thing of the day was Robins Polo by means of screaming tyre screech!

Highside was really pushing his S which was nice to see. Jonty had a few massive moments pushing on and Andy improved massively throughout the day making note of how much of an impact stick your outside rear wheel on the gravel does to your balance

I spoke to Mike at Apex and he was more than happy to accomodate us again.

Next year he is going for some more premium tracks. With his deals of Free 2nd Driver (Normally £20), Free passenger (Normally £10), and free tuition (£50 for 30 mins) he does offer the best deals.

Those tyres on Robin's Polo were absolutely tortured! You didn't even have to look round to see when Robin was passing!

Yeah, gravel isn't your friend!!

That said though, the Federal 595 RSR - what a tyre!!!!! I think at one point you were wondering why you sold the S after you'd been out in mine!!

I also wanted to thank you guys for organising a top day out! Even though my radiator had enough of me using my aircon during track time we still had top morning of sliding around!

Robin also put a smile on my face taking me out for a few laps

Good to meet everyone and will def come along next time!

Also, managed to make it home with the leaking rad but along the way we had to get recovered to the nearest fuel station (faulty cyphon pump in tank – not me running on fumes )

Yeah mate, you just have to look at it as you could have stacked it slipping on your own water.

At least what you have is a pretty straightforward fix

It'll be sorted for the next one

Got some videos uploaded if anyone is interested:

Followed by my mates CRX which is running 165bhp / 850kg - around 3mins 30 seconds shows the Polo pulling away at quite a rate.

This video shows a very good battle with a Westfield running 170bhp.
