Would love to see one of Euan frantically negotiating the price
It all started to go downhill when he started to explain that the value was offset against the profits from the previous year, and that due to the fluctuations on feed coupled with the collapse in Textile exports due to the ever weakening Dollar, along with general market unrest over the War in Iraq, the Farmer actually owed Euan

No,
I reckon the skid marks happened after the incident ...

I didn't take pictures at that point as I thought it would be a bit insensitve saying to Euan, "Ok left a bit now lift it's head up, ok pretend your giving it CPR....etc"

and I reckon it would have caused a bit of an outrage on s2ki.com if the pictures were there for all and sundry to see!?

Yes - this would not have been very tasteful.

Some of those pics are very close to where it happened though.

I must have done 100k miles in the highlands since I hit the last set of sheep when I was 17 years old, so the average is probably reasonable .

This may put Arran in doubt, because I want to have a proper look at the damage, and won't have any time until the weekend.
